Our practices are held at the Crystal Pool, 2275 Quadra Street, in Victoria. During maintenance shutdowns, practices may be held at other community pools; coaches will announce this in advance.  

The first practice of the 2025-2026 season was on September 9, 2025, and the season will likely run until mid-Aug 2026.​​​​​​​

We have four practices per week. Swimmers are not required to attend them all. The Tuesday and Thursday evening practices are in two sessions, one at 7 pm and another at 8 pm. Swimmers select their preferred practice when they register and can only attend their assigned session, unless arranged in advance with the coach. This avoids overcrowding of the lanes.
